Returns

As we’d love for you to deeply cherish your commitment to slow fashion, returns will be accepted with a 10% restocking fee. Please contact within 5 days of purchase to let us know you’d like to return. The garment must be received to our address in pristine condition within 7 days of delivery for return minus restocking fee. Returns on full price garments permitted only, artwork, sale, accessories exempt. Client is responsible for shipping cost returns; If parcel is lost in return back to studio, client is responsible for the cost.

Commission Work

If there are any items you love but do not see it in your size, you have the option to customize an order to fit you perfectly. Commission time frames depend on Rhiannon’s availability.

Ethos

Rhiannon would also like to express the importance of artisanal objects in an industrialized society. It is a value to the artist to educate clients on the entire meticulous process of weaving and a value to source the finest of materials to design these works of art. Every beautiful item you order comes directly from the artist's hands. Each garment requires minimum 50 hours, all objects of art are made in her studio and are priced accordingly. Rhiannon’s education is in Wabi-Sabi design and this is what draws clients to the work, please keep in mind no two garments or patterns will ever be identical.
